I just baked a fresh load of Irish soda bread for lunch and I am cleaning a little while packing for our weekend. So life as normal. There is nothing better you can say to people who ask how things are. Don't you think?

Have a wonderful weekend and perhaps stop in to tell me what your plans are for this weekend.....

Hugs ~
HeidiHeidihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05306674979528881706noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2244312641135825556.post-40649433172835035232008-03-06T23:18:00.000-05:002008-03-06T23:18:00.000-05:00Hi Rhondi!I am thankful today, that the sun is shi...Hi Rhondi!
I am thankful today, that the sun is shining, my husband is in the next room and I am looking at a gorgeous mountain view loving life!
PennyPenny from Enjoying The Simple Thingshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01480355122441712250noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2244312641135825556.post-48459419786453457592008-03-06T22:21:00.000-05:002008-03-06T22:21:00.000-05:00Hello Rhondi - I'm catching up and see I've missed...Hello Rhondi - I'm catching up and see I've missed a lot!
First, the photo of your parents is wonderful. My parents married while both were in the RAF during WW2 - my father didn't fly. My mother was underground in southern England 'plotting' enemy aircraft as they crossed the English Channel. If you ever watch any WW2 movies you can sometimes see the 'ops room' and the young women doing this job! Thank goodness your father survived imprisonment - I know you must have always been so proud of him serving your country during those terrible times.

Love your flower pics - could the little yellow flower be the celandine?

Wow, nice walk on the beach there - is it Myrtle? Glad you were able to get away - the ocean is always so envigorating, especially in the Winter when its majesty seems so powerful.

Blessings for the weekend - I too will be thankful for all the wonder in my life.Maryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02147410299194282171noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2244312641135825556.post-72537519340958278282008-03-06T16:50:00.000-05:002008-03-06T16:50:00.000-05:00Rhondi,What lovely thoughts... you are so right......Rhondi,
What lovely thoughts... you are so right... every walk along the beach is such a blessing....
