Thankful Thursday

I lived in Canada most of my life and now I live in North Carolina. I love to garden , so one of the things I love about living here is that the weather. Because of the milder weather the spring plants come up so much earlier than I am used to.

This is what was in bloom yesterday in my garden.

The following blogs will also be posting for Thankful Thursday. Take a minute to visit if you can.

So today I am thankful for the mild weather and my garden and all the promise they bring.

What are you thankful for today?

Rhondi xo

  1. Rhondi, thank you for adding me to the list. I decided so late I didn't want to impose on you. I appreciate it very much.

Your garden collage is great. My garden is slow to come out up here in the mountains. Tress are blooming and they are beautiful. Not my dogwoods yet, as it is a little early. I hope we don't get a late freeze this year.

Have a wonderful thankful day. I'm glad you liked my teacher post today. I believe it is a message that needs to be shared.

  2. Hi Rhondi,
Your garden flowers are so pretty. I'm thankful for flowers too, and the sunshine!

We must be thinking along the same lines ~ I just posted about the same thing.

    Have a wonderful day!

  3. Gorgeous flowers, Rhondi! Yay for spring! Thanks for adding my to your list!

  7. Hi Rhondi,
Lovely to have flowers so early.I was pleased to see a few snowdrops blooming in my garden with a bank of snow behind them-brave little things!

  8. Oh how lovely to have so many flowers already! No flowers here yet, but I am SO thankful for temps int he 50's and 60's and no more snow! I am so thankful for the lift that spring gives my spirits:>)

  9. I am with you! I love this weather we have this time of year. After growing up in Michigan and living in upstate NY for years, the thing I love about NC is that it truly has 4 seasons. Our winters are mild and the spring, summer and fall are wonderful!

  10. I do miss the year round blooms in California. But I love the spring in Utah. When you don't have it you appreciate it so much more. Mimi
