My collection of plates. I just counted 38 hanging on the wall. I purchased the first one in 1978.
These beautiful prints of a boy and girl. They belonged to my mother and I always loved them even as a child. I have very few family things so they are very special to me.
The crosstitch sampler I made, because of all the work I put into it and because of what it says.
My dainty blue tea set. This is the favorite of all the things I have. It brings back so many happy memories of tea with friends, my sister, and my Aunt Lottie who started me on the first piece and who made the best chocolate chip cookies ever!
My chaise lounge. I have spent so many special mornings here with my bible and my journal.
So those are my favorite things. I am going to tag 5 new blogging friends that I met through the summer porch party.
