Haha, what in the world is that little bee up to? I know mine here quite often fall asleep on the flowers in the evening and before they are fully awake in the morning I can go out and rub their little backs and they barely move. I just love the bees in my garden! Tina xo
What a fabulous photo. They are so funny when they are all covered with pollen. I actually love the sound of a bumble bee near by! Wasps....not so much.
What a fabulous photo and the perfect quote to accompany it. I visited your porch party the other day, but didn't have time to leave a comment. Your deck looks so inviting and beautiful with all of the blue. I think I might have gained a few pounds just looking at those lovely cupcakes :)
Love that quote Rhondi! And that picture is amazing....I have one similar somewhere that I took of a bee on a sunflower and it is covered in pollen....only yellow. Hugs, Penny
Rhondi, beautiful saying above - I could not agree more. My sister-in law had the personal experience of having her parents criticize her a lot when she was growing up, and she has had the courage to develop an inner voice within herself that says you CAN do things. I admire that so much about her. It's not easy when you grow up and have controlling parents who criticize you and try to tell you what to do - and I think it's great when people can move beyond that and find confidence anyway! My own son's motto has always been " I CAN do anything! (lol)
Durn near what I preach all the time ... Love the bee! Wish I could get one that closely. Love his pollen cover ... I'm going to see if I can find one asleep & pet it. Hmmmmm ...
Rhondi, I love your blog and your porch party inspired my friends and I to start decorating and sharing with each other our pictures. We'll be ready for your party next year!
I nominated you for the Kreativ Blogger award and put a link on my blog to yours. http://ayearoflivinggreener.blogspot.com/ (not sure how to make a pretty link for you) You have an amazing blog and I wanted to share.
Hi Thanks so very much for taking the time to leave a comment. I always read every one. I am glad you stopped by for a visit. Hope you'll come again! Rhondi
