I am glued to the TV today watching the news of Hurricane Ike. Our grandkids live in Houston, and it is headed straight toward them. You know how it is where you are worried about your kids, it's hard to do much of anything. Please pray for all those in the path of this storm.

I will, Rhondi. I hope this Ike will disappear quickly and without too much damage!!!
ReplyDeleteGreetings, Carolien
I am saying lots of prayers. I can imagine that you are very worried. That storm has given me the creeps since it formed out in the Atlantic. Your family is close in my thoughts. Please keep us posted on how that are doing.
ReplyDeleteThe anticipation of these darn hurricanes is the worst part. Hopefully Ike will not be all that he thinks he is. You are all in my prayers.
ReplyDeleteRhondi, my thoughts and prayers are with your grandchildren!
ReplyDeleteWill be waiting to hear how they are.
Lots of prayers for safety!
ReplyDeleteWe are celebrating our one year anniversary and wanted to thank you for being a special part of the past year!

CNN and The Weather Channel have been covering it all day long. I am scared witless! Sometimes maybe it's better not to know what's headed our way!
ReplyDeleteMy prayers have been with all the dear folks in harm's way from Ike. Your grandkids have been added to the list. Watching and waiting to hear from loved ones is so hard. ~Adrienne~
ReplyDeletePrays going up as I write. This is predicted to be the worst storm to hit the Texas coast in 50 years. I live in North Texas and we are expecting winds and rain here.
ReplyDeleteNo matter how old, we always worry about our kids. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and them. Mimi
ReplyDeletePraying! Hugs!!!
ReplyDeleteI hope that your family was spared the worst of the storm, Rhondi.
