Every Thursday I take the day to post about something I am thankful for. Today I am thankful that I live in North Carolina because spring here is so beautiful. Plants are popping up everywhere. Everything is so green and I think to myself, "What a wonderful world"! Many of the streets are lined with cherry trees which are in full bloom. In another few days the dogwood will be out, then the azaleas.
Today it looks like this.
Hi Rhondi... thanks for stopping by my blog about the Servant Girls. :-)ReplyDelete
You live in N.C? We are leaving for FL tomorrow and staying in your great state. Being from the north... I can't wait to see all the BEEEEEUTIFUL flowers and buds.
Looking forward to getting aquainted thru the wonder of the virtual world.
What beautiful cherry trees. Too hot for cherry trees in Texas so it's nice to see yours. I posted Thankful Thursday too. Stop by for a look-see! Have a great day!
Good Morning Rhondi, I too am thankful to be living here in NC with spring shining through more each day. Your photos are just beautiful.ReplyDelete
Have a wonderful thankful day.
Wow! I forgot to link. Silly me.ReplyDelete
You are having a storybook spring down there, Rhondi - gorgeous. I smiled when I saw the fiddleheads in your collage of photos. When I was small those were a big treat in springtime - with a little butter and salt & pepper.ReplyDelete
Spring has definitely sprung...isn't it a good feeling? It's been a long time coming! Beautiful pictures you shared today!ReplyDelete
I'm in NC too. Beautiful photos - it's been a cold spring here so far. Hopefully in a week or too it will stay warmer here.ReplyDelete
Beautiful quilts you make - it was a pleasure looking at them.
Your neighbourhood must look amazing with those gorgeous cherry trees in bloom!ReplyDelete
It is a Wonderful World, and I am thankful I can hear that song when I visit you.ReplyDelete
You have certainly got some beautiful flowers to look at right now. We have no Spring bloom yet. Enjoy it, it is such a pretty time of the year.

How beautiful the trees are..Sadly we are having a cold and wet spring here in Belgium and only a few trees are blosseming. I have seen wild cherry's in bloom but thats it for the moment. Even the magnolia's aren't out yet.We need some more sun. Love, NickyReplyDelete
