Thankful Thursday

I caught a beautiful shot of the sun as is came up through the trees this morning. Seeing the sun shine cheers my day. I feel more full of life and I have more energy when the sun shines. It warms my heart and warms my skin when I am outside. The sun just makes me feel good! So today I am thankful for the sun.
What are you thankful for today?

  1. I am thankful for each moment of the day. We have a fairly mild day today with a few 'peeks' of the sun. Last weekend it was nearly 80 - this weekend threatens snow. So I will just enjoy each moment no matter what is happening outside.

  13. Hi Rhondi - well as you know I'm thankful I got up really early today and was able to see the miracle on my porch when the baby Carolina wrens fledged! What a leap of faith for those tiny sweet things as they literally threw themselves from their cozy, safe nest. I'm now praying they are somewhere safe in the garden as their parents teach them life's lessons. That's a cute wren on your sidebar.

Hope your weekend is wonderful - perhaps you like us are expecting some rain. So hot today - said 93 on my car! Love those columbine and your beautiful house and porch. Established neighborhoods are best - ours is also and the trees and shrubs are gorgeous at this time of year.

  18. I'm a little late to this, but I loved the post and the music. It snowed here yesterday, so a little sunshine would be welcome.
