Thankful Thursday

I caught a beautiful shot of the sun as is came up through the trees this morning. Seeing the sun shine cheers my day. I feel more full of life and I have more energy when the sun shines. It warms my heart and warms my skin when I am outside. The sun just makes me feel good! So today I am thankful for the sun.
What are you thankful for today?
Rhondi xo

  1. I am thankful for each moment of the day. We have a fairly mild day today with a few 'peeks' of the sun. Last weekend it was nearly 80 - this weekend threatens snow. So I will just enjoy each moment no matter what is happening outside.

  2. What a beautiful post... sunshine is life to me.... thanks for sharing thoughts of beauty and thankfulness.

If you have time, come by the house in the roses, for we are having a dessert carnival… come and participate. It promises to be FANTASTIC!!!

  3. Rhondi,
Beautiful post and your music is soothing my soul.
Today, this very moment, I am thankful for all of sweet comments that you took the time to leave on my blog. Bless you sweet heart.

  4. Beautiful post, so much to be thankful for! God provides for our needs and that is what I am so thankful for each well as my precious family that I love dearly.

    Happy day!

  5. Beautiful photo, Rhondi. The sun warms my soul too and I am thankful for that.
    Have a wonderful day.

  6. I'm thankful I took time to sit down at my spinning wheel and spin this the sunshine poured in thru the windows on me. A wonderful sit in sunshine and spin.

  7. I am thankful that my family is all healthy, and that they are near to me.

Wonderful post. Thanks for sharing your blessings.

  8. Oh most definitely the sunshine anad spring:>) It just makes me happy all the time! Thanks for the cyber hug, I needed that!

  9. Here comes the sun, do n do do....
I am thankful that my husband arrived home safe and sound today after being away on business for 3 days...

  10. I am thankful for how the sun makes my kitties so happy. They squirm and roll around and then fall fast asleep with the sun on their backs. ((hugs)) Rosie

  11. Hi Rhondi, beautiful picture, makes me want to jump right into it and bask in the sunshine.
Have a lovely weekend, hope you find some good treasures,
    Lucy x

  12. Rhondi, Just beautiful! I am thankful for wonderful thinkers like you. Susan

  13. Hi Rhondi - well as you know I'm thankful I got up really early today and was able to see the miracle on my porch when the baby Carolina wrens fledged! What a leap of faith for those tiny sweet things as they literally threw themselves from their cozy, safe nest. I'm now praying they are somewhere safe in the garden as their parents teach them life's lessons. That's a cute wren on your sidebar.

Hope your weekend is wonderful - perhaps you like us are expecting some rain. So hot today - said 93 on my car! Love those columbine and your beautiful house and porch. Established neighborhoods are best - ours is also and the trees and shrubs are gorgeous at this time of year.

  14. The sun makes me feel so good too, Rhondi! I am happy the days are getting longer and the weather is getting warmer.

Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

    Hugs, Pat

  15. I'm adding you to my Nestle Blog today..
love the wren and the bleeding hearts
    mine are coming!!!
    fondly, Deena

  16. What a wonderful photo you took of the sun shining through the trees! It is getting warmer and warmer here every day and is so nice to be able to sit outside again :-} I enjoy reading all your Thankful Thursday posts Rhondi.

  17. I am thankful for the sunshine today too. We are having our first barbecue of the year, later this afternoon. x

  18. I'm a little late to this, but I loved the post and the music. It snowed here yesterday, so a little sunshine would be welcome.
I'm grateful for the community of bloggers that connects from all over!

Thanks so very much for taking the time to leave a comment. I always read every one. I am glad you stopped by for a visit. Hope you'll come again!
